Abstract

Business development is a process used to identify, nurture and pursue new customers and business opportunities for the micro, small and medium enterprise (UMKM) sector. Technology-based marketing is very promising for AA Snack Paluh, so that its products can be promoted through digital media or known as online marketing. Online marketing is a strategy to introduce the brand, product or service of a company or business to consumers or the public. The method for carrying out this activity is that the AA Snack Owner together with the community service team provides assistance in making ganepo product packaging and carries out online marketing via digital platforms with the aim of creating products that can quickly spread and be used in national and even international markets. The result of this dedication is that the AA Snack business which has 6 (six) employees has succeeded in creating a product label for ganepo packaging called Ganepo Istana which is a superior product, improving product quality, legally protecting trademarks and increasing online product marketing efforts through LPPM Store. In this case, it is encouragement, growth and sustainable development of the local UMKM AA Snack Paluh in Mempura District, Siak Regency
