PENGEMBANGAN DESA MANDIRI ENERGI DENGAN EDUKASI PEMANFAATAN ENERGI BARU TERBARUKAN PORTABLE DI DESA KRAMATLABAN
Abstract
The learning process in the classroom is identical to the provision of knowledge from teachers to students to educate students. However, the provision of learning materials with hard skills is not enough to equip students in community life or the work environment. This is where the need for the growth of soft skills to provide a balance of hard skills possessed by students, especially in the era of revolution 4.0, the world of work also requires non-technical skills or soft skills by the direction of the Government Through the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture, non-technical skills become the basic capital for graduates. To achieve this goal, in the learning process, it is necessary to continue to be trained to grow students' soft skills. Madrasah Aliyah Al Khairiyah Rancaranji (MA Al-Khairiyah) Kramatlaban Village has a mission of graduates who can compete with other graduates and are good at using technology. The problems faced by partners include the Madrasah which is far from the city center and 105 km from the PLN Institute of Technology is certainly a challenge to achieve good graduates to be able to compete with the vision and mission of the Madrasah, and the unavailability of enrichment materials on the use of the technology to support learning. Education was carried out with activity participants totaling 40 students. The activity continued with the material presentation, activity participants were given education about the use of new renewable energy, and participants tested and simulated with portable prototype tools from micro hydropower plants. Participants of the activity explained how portable micro hydro power plants work from water sources in their villages. The results of service activities are the availability of prototypes of portable power plants in partner environments that can be used as material for the enrichment of students..
