STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BADAN USAHA DESA BINANGUN JATI UNGGUL, JATIREJO, LENDAH, KULON PROGO DALAM PERSPEKTIF KOLABORATIF PENTA HELIX

Abstract

This service activity aims to explain the development strategy for BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) Binangun
Jati Unggul Jatirejo, Lendah, Kulon Progo with the collaboration of Penta Helix. This Bumdes won the award as BUMDes
with the best performance in Kulon Progo. The service method is carried out by preparation, implementation, monitoring and
evaluation as well as follow-up. Preparations were made through field observations. Implementation of activities includes
training and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) related to the development strategy of BUMDes Binangun Jati Unggul, namely
organizational strategy, resource support strategy, and program strategy using the Penta Helix model. Monitoring and
evaluation was carried out through post-service visits as well as activity reports and a Cooperation Agreement was made
between BUMDes Binangun Jati Unggul Jatirejo and the Postgraduate and Master of Government Science University of
Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the field of increasing HR capacity as a follow-up.
